In the last century, doll houses have primarily been the domain of children but their collection and crafting is also a hobby for many adults. Doll houses today trace their history back about four hundred years to the baby house display cases of Europe, which showed idealized interiors. Smaller doll houses with more realistic exteriors appeared in Europe in the 18th century

There are two ranges of dolls houses available - junior range for 3 to 6 year olds which includes a full set of furniture.
The other two houses are made for 14 years and up and can be painted and wall papered or varnished. The large wooden house
has been made like a real house with trusses and frame and is very very sturdy.
